Or more definitely, a love for the magic only found in the finest cuts of meat. Since 2016, we’ve been serving southern style BBQ hot off the grill. In 2019, we opened the doors to a new world. The re imagined prohibition smokehouse is centered around dry aging meat lockers. Our dry aging process takes every cut to new heights, and coupled with the regions finest fresh produce, creates extraordinary dishes. Our menu is developed from a paleo ethos, every inch constructed with a fine attention to detail.
